The Local Government Unit of Tigbauan Legislative Department joined the provincewide celebration of the Semana sang mga Konsehal sang Iloilo 2023, earlier today, September 4, at the Tigbauan Municipal Grounds. The Semana sang mga Konsehal sang Iloilo 2023 with the theme, "PCL: Synergy of Creative Programs and Best Practices Towards Global Collaboration," is a weeklong activity anchored with the celebration of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary this September. The program commenced with a Flag-Raising Ceremony, the recitation of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Creed, and the singing of the PCL Hymn.
