The Local Government Unit of Tigbauan warmly welcomed the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) validators on November 6, 2024, for their assessment and validation of LGU Tigbauan's business processes. The validation focused on a walkthrough of the Business Permitting Process (BOSS) and the Building Permitting Process, as well as the verification of other streamlined processes relative to RA 11032 (TelCo Applications, Energy Projects). The validating team also assessed the use of technology or digitalization, such as e-signatures and PalengQR, Citizen Charter (CitCha) postings, and compliance with other ARTA requirements.
