The Local Government Unit of Tigbauan soars once again after being awarded the Best Local Government Unit (LGU) in the recently concluded Data Dissemination Forum on the 2023 Economic Performance Report of the Province and City of Iloilo at Sam's 21 Hotel San Rafael Mandurriao, Iloilo City on November 26, 2024. The award was given by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Iloilo Provincial Statistical Office as proof of the LGU's commitment and outstanding performance in providing timely and complete data supporting the compilation of the 2023 Provincial Product Accounts of Iloilo. The plaque resembles the dedication and active engagement of all LGU offices, especially the collaborating efforts of the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Engineering Office (MEO), Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Sangguniang Bayan Office, and the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO).
