The "Iskolar Sang Iloilo" Program (ISIP), a merit college scholarship for marginalized but deserving students, now on its 28th year of successful service to our people, is again accepting applicants for School Year 2023-2024. Interested and qualified applicants are encouraged to file their applications online from August 1, 2023, to September 8, 2023.
