Important questions were answered by guests from Ileco 1 during the committee meeting by the 3  important committees namely,  Committee on Communication & Energy chaired by Hon. Neri T. Camiña, Committee on Environmental Protection, Housing, Land Utilization, Zonification, Assessment and Expropriation, chaired by Hon. John Gershwin C. Tueres and Committee on Agriculture, Aquatic Resources & Cooperatives chaired by Hon. Jerry Tuares . Personnel from Ileco 1 namely, Lyn Lee L. Torreblance, OIC-HR & Admin Division, Kay C. ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • The service is to assess and manage sick children ages 0 below 5 years old in the first level facility such as barangay health stations, health center or an outpatient basis. Nurses/RHM’s are trained to assess and manage signs and symptoms of illness, nutritional, Vitamin A supplementation and immunization status.

  1. AVAILMENT OF DENTAL SERVICES

 

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • Dental Health Services is offered to prevent and treat dental diseases. The services include Oral PROPHYAXIS/Gingival treatment, Permanent Filling, Temporary Filling and Tooth Extraction.

 

CLIENTS:

  • Oral prophylaxis/permanent filling 6 years – 12 years old children Temporary Filling other adults; 6 months – 59 months old children Tooth Extraction – any person in the municipality who wants to avail the service

  1. AVAILMENT LABORATORY SERVICES

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

  • The laboratory provides primary routine examinations for clients of the Municipality. These include CBC and platelet, urinalysis, RBS, stool examination and sputum examination.

REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Written from the requesting/attending physician. Official receipt of payments from the treasures office.

 

SCHEDULE OF SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Monday to Friday:

Releasing of Results – A.M 11:30 to 12:00 Noon

PM 4:30 to 5:00 except for sputum examination result – following day after submission of specimen.

 

NOTE: Barangay Officials and CVHW – Free Sputum Examination – Free

 

 

  1. AVAILMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION SERVICES

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • This service protect and promote the health of the people is accordance to PD856 (Environmental Code of the Philippines). The services includes the issuance of Sanitary/Health Certificate to all establishments, issuance of health certificates to all food handlers, issuance of potability/site drinking clearance for water refilling stations, epidemiological investigations of reportable diseases like dengue, typhoid, leptospirosis and filariasis and distribution of water disinfectant (chlorine)

 

  1. ISSUANCE OF SANITARY PERMITS

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • Death Certificate is issued to those who die within the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality of Tigbauan.

CLIENTS:

  • Immediate relative of the deceased person/individual

 

REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Certification from the Punong Barangay where the deceased resides
  • Death Certificate Form from the Local Civil Registrar

  1. ISSUANCE OF TRANSFER OF CADAVER PERMIT

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • This provides permit to transfer cadaver from and to the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality.

  • Immediate relative of the deceased person/individual.

REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Authentic copy of duly certified Death Certificate
  • R of Payment for Permit to Transfer

  1. AVAILMENT OF BIRTHING CLINIC SERVICE

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • This provides services to normal deliveries of pregnant woman particularly those who undergo prenatal check-up at the Rural Health Unit.

  • Pink Card (Home Based Maternal Record)

  • Open 24 hours daily

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • This provides ECG service to the constituents of the Municipality

CLIENTS:

  • Any person/individual who wants to avail of the service.

  • Written requests from attending physician
  • R of payment

ABOUT THE SERVICE

  • This service provides referral of qualified clients to Philippine National Red Cross or Western Visayas Medical Center for availment of Blood Supply

  • Any person/individual who wants to avail

REQUIREMENTS(S):

  • Written requests from attending physician of the hospital requesting for supply of blood.
