It recommends possible ways to enhance practices in the valuation of real properties.

  1. Securing assessment of new building or machinery

 

About the service:

 

Tax declarations have to be issued for newly constructed building and newly installed machinery.  The municipal assessor and stall assigned, conduct field inspection in order to assess the value of the real property.

 

The new tax declaration serves as the LGUs permanent record of the assessed real property.

About the Service:

 

This service enables a tax payer to identify ownership and location of a property in the tax map.

  1. Cancellation, Correction or reassessment of Property Valuation

 

About the service:

Cancellation, correction or reassessment of property valuation is done when there is a change in physical attributes of a property (e.g. partial destruction, dilapidated structures)

  1. Annotation And/or Cancellation of Encumbrances or Mortgage Properties

About the Service:

 

This service is often requested by a mortgagor or any concerned taxpayer to annotate or cancel annotation or bail bond, encumbrances/mortgage property in the books of real properties at the Municipal Assessor’s office.

 

Clients: Bank Liaison Officer, Taxpayer, and Land Owner

 

Requirements:

 

  • Copy of Document ( Mortgage/ Release of Mortgage, Bail Bond)
  • Official Receipt ( Annotation Fee , Real Property Tax)
