Most of our Senior Citizens are relying on their pensions for their medical bills, unexpected hospital expenses, prescription medication and other expenses at home. Receiving their monthly pension is  all they needed to live off in the future.

◄These are the Senior Citizen’s of Municipality of Tigbauan who happily received their monthly pension.

This amount of money may not be that much but it’s a very big help that could bring a smile to our lovely Seniors.

SUSTAINING TOTAL AWARENESS IN THE GRASSROOTS IN ADDRESSING AND PROMOTION OF MAMAMAYAN AYAW SA ANOMALYA (MASA) – MAMAMAYAN AYAW SA ILEGAL NA DROGA (MASID)
(A JOINT EFFORT BY THE MPOC-MADAC-MCPC-MASA MASID)
MASA MASID stands for Mamamayan Ayaw sa Anomalya, Mamamayan Ayaw sa Ilegal na Droga, is envisioned to unite different organizations in creating safer and drug-free communities in the country. Taking off from UBAS, which brought together barangay officials and religious groups for programs on good governance and community development, MASA MASID stresses the importance of multi-sectoral linkages in communities in combatting the spread of illegal drugs, as well as corruption and criminality.

One of the four major thrust of MASA MASID is the information and education campaign in communities for government programs against corruption, illegal drugs and criminality. It is envisioned to unite different organizations in crating safer and drug-free communities in the country. So this vision will start from the grassroots which is the barangay, to the Municipal level and the nation as a whole.

As Chairman of the various Municipal Special Bodies, especially the Municipal Peace and Order Council(MPOC), Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council(MADAC), Municipal Council for the Protection of children (MCPC) and the MASA MASID TWG strongly supports the President in his fight for Illegal Drugs and substance abuse as well as corruption and criminality by spearheading a Barangay Pulong Pulong Part 2 Activity in the Municipality of Tigbauan.
